I ordered fabric from Ada & Ina as it was advertised at a great discounted price. My order was confirmed, but two days later I was informed they were cancelling my order as they had advertised the wrong price on their website. Unfortunately they continue to advertise the same product at the wrong price still. Ada & Ina’s customer service team declined my request to honour the order, despite the mistake being on their end, and weren’t able to offer any goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused. Nice products but not the easiest website to order from!

I ordered two pairs of made to measure lined linen curtains from Ada & Ina. The ordering process was really simple and the curtains reasonably priced. The curtains arrived promptly and I am absolutely delighted with them. They are beautifully made, exactly to the dimensions I provided and the fabric is good quality, heavy linen (they have loads of fabric options on their web site and will send sample swatches). I will certainly be ordering more from this company in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them.
