We have used Acutec as our outsourced IT and Infrastructure Management for over 10 years, during this time we have gone through two renewals of our server and PC driven IT platform and recently also had an office relocation. Through all these changes the Engineering team have been superb, when issues have arisen they have quickly worked hard through the problem and got issues fixed keeping us informed each step of the way. The reassurance that they are monitoring our systems 24/7 and dealing with network problems, often before we know there is a problem is the peace of mind we need. Our telecoms and IT platform is the lifeblood of our business and we cannot afford any unplanned downtime. The Acutec team have made sure that in over 10 years of our working partnership that has not occurred.
