Took my grandmother for her first ever acupuncture session following a severe painful shoulder. I am glad I took her here to say the least. Dr Phoebe is knowledgable, caring, compassionate and competent. After the first session my grandma noticed a big difference with the pain easing tremendously. We are doing a few sessions with Dr Phoebe and I’ve noticed an amazing result and can’t thank her enough. Last the lady at reception has been a truly remarkable person very kind and hospitable. I came to see Dr Phoebe after suffering from facial paralysis on the left side of my face from Ramsay Hunt Syndrome. I had a lot of tension in my body and face from the nerve damage when I attended my first appointment and I was worried it would take a very long time to improve, but Dr Phoebe recommended I come back as much as possible because of my particular condition. I came back the following day and I already started to see vast improvement. I’m so glad I stuck it out as it’s now a week later and I’m now 4 sessions in, and the difference in not only my face, but also my energy levels from my first session to now, are like night and day. I trust Dr Phoebe’s expertise and recommendations and I’m now excited to continue on my treatment as with each session I’m seeing and feeling myself improve. A week ago I couldn’t smile properly or close my left eye due to the paralysis and now I can close my left eye shut and my smile is almost back to normal which I’m so pleased about. I still have a way to go, but with the improvements I’ve seen already and the great treatment I’ve received from AcuSpa, I couldn’t recommend their services enough.

After visiting Dr Phoebe for treatment myself for the treatment of my lower back pain a few years ago, I recently took my mum to see her to see if she could help her. My mum has suffered from indigestion and gastrointestinal problems for many years and no medicines have helped. Dr Phoebe also picked up that my mum had lower back pain and low energy levels caused by poor circulation and weak kidney function. After the initial consultation and several treatments, we were able to see a significant improvement in her condition and she felt more energised . Been to AcuSpa due to lower back problems, I found they are very knowledgeable and have really helped me with my back, they have also helped me with my sleeping issues as well. I didnt like how I paid £600 for a package then at the end of sessions I was being charged extra without being discussed first. Or told there was going to be additional cost.
