This woman destroyed my health. I took bi weekly sessions over three years of acupuncture and herbs, costing thousands of pounds. I started needing tonifying and ended up with serious health problems, none of which she picked up despite the obvious signs as they displayed during her treatment, lulling me into a false sense of security. Incompetent or malicious? None of these health problems were there till her treatment. Communication skills are minimal due to the practitioners poor English (despite being in the country over twenty years). Hygiene is atrocious, not unusual to smell the previous patients perfume or odour on the sheet or pillow showing multiple usage,. On two occasions the pillows smelt like vomit and other body function odours and the room smelt foul. Privacy of personal health? Ms Yun got her school going 16 year old daughter to reply to my email detailing my health problems acquired during treatment (her excuse was her own poor English), she signed the email off with "This will be the last response you’re going to get from us, as there are more important situations to deal with at the moment. - Have a nice day. " - More important than my health? I think not. - "Once again she wants me to clarify that there is nothing wrong with the treatment she has given you, there’s no point bringing it up again if we’re just going to give you the same answer every time. " and "bugging my mum about things that she can’t fix. ". Her explanation did not address the effects of her treatments, episodes of extreme trauma from needle mistakes (making me roar in pain, with lasting ill effects). She did not enquire what new conditions I had. One paragraph to explain 250 treatments and over 100 tubs of herbs. Every treatment or two Yun would place very sore needles. My sister and mother found that her needles were painful and my friend with cancer felt assaulted. Regularly gave me heavy sore needles to top of skull. Aside from the conditions verified by medical tests, Yun has caused me partial paralysis and has partially crippled me. These are the conditions that she could throw some light on but she doesn't care and leaves me traumatised. She ignores requests to furnish me with my medical record and herbal prescriptions, which she is obliged by law to do (data protection act). She refuses to answer my many calls, and emails, barricades her shop door, turns off her answerphone and refuses to discuss when I visit. It makes me question this woman's sanity. Here's curious - a very callous way to treat an injured patient. Yun causes me further distress showing her concern is solely about litigation and no concern at all for the patient, injured at her hands, Imagine how I feel, to have my health destroyed (my GP can confirm) and when I go to her, distraught, seeking answers, she actually waves her arms and shoos me away as if I were rubbish and threatens to have me arrested. I offered to discuss in person, email or Skype, all declined. My years of treatment at this woman's hands, when I look back, was quite surreal, like a horror film, in fact. There is much I have not related which I shall report to the police. Something is not right about this therapist. It's my experience that this clinic is the most unprofessional in the entire UK and that the practitioner is a danger to the public.

I had slight symptom of Covid-19 in Christmas. But the test is negative. NHS had not treatment for me. I was anxious and panic. I phoned around friends. They told me to try Chinese medicine. Lots of cases has been reported that ATCM could help. Acureremedy is close to my home. I visited the clinic and took 7 bag of herb. After having 3 bags, I felt much more comfortable. I continued and finished 7 bags. The symptom completed gone. I have a happy new year. I would like to say "Thank you for you professional service". Recommand this clinic.
