I have been seeing Emma for 6 months after experiencing chronic fatigue after cancer treatment. I can't tell you how transformational the treatment has been and am sure I would not be back working full time and living life to the full without this treatment. I have recommended her to so many people and currently she is also treating my mum, dad and brother for a variety of ailments (pain, macular degeneration, rheumatism, arthritis, memory, intolerances and more!) I marvel constantly at how is works, inexplicable however the important thing is that it does. I also like the fact that it isn't an automatic "come every week " treatment plan which I have experienced before with other acupuncturists. I recently received an Acupuncture treatment from Emma at ATW for issues with stress, poor sleep and irregular bleeding. The whole process was incredibly relaxing and despite having a slight fear of needles, I couldn’t even feel them! Prior to the treatment we discussed the issues I had been experiencing and Emma was extremely helpful in helping me understanding what the likely cause of these issues were and how we could work to treat them. After my treatment I felt incredibly calm and relaxed and woke up the next day feeling really rejuvenated after having a great night’s sleep (something I’ve struggled with for some time!). Up until that point I had also been experiencing daily abdominal pain but the next morning the pain has subsided. The clinic is incredibly clean, modern and had the perfect ambience to help me really relax. I was undertaking ivf treatment and I was daunted by it all. My consultant at the hospital had recommend that I undertake fertility acupuncture Immediately. I then approached Emma from acupuncture that works and she immediately put me at ease. I had a long drawn out complicated journey to becoming pregnant and Emma was my rock throughout. I cannot recommend Emma enough. She kept me grounded and zen, which I strongly believe helped bring my beautiful healthy baby boy in to the world. Emma, I can’t to get started again with acupuncture soon. 💜

I used ATW a few years back when I was pregnant & suffering with back pain/sciatica and headaches & it really helped, during this lockdown I have started to suffer with sciatica once again & as the weeks have gone by it has got more & more painful. I sent a message to Emma one evening she promptly replied with some advice to try and stop it. she then sent a video to me showing me how to use a tennis ball to ease the pain. I first started seeing Emma in 2012 having suffered two slipped discs and sciatic nerve pain. After being on heavy medication I now manage my condition purely with monthly acupuncture and exercise. I have continued to have regular treatment by Emma & Catherine since. Which I think is key. I definitely know if I haven't been able to go for any reason. They know instantly what my body needs and my treatment is adapted on each visit. Over the years it has helped my back, stress, insomnia, aches and pains and I can definitely say I am sure my menopause symptoms are significantly less than my friends of similar age due to my regular visits too. I would highly recommend Emma and her team.
