So happy we chose Acumen to sell my parents house.The staff were brilliant ( especially Jackie )they were so professional , helpful , dealt with any issues efficiently and quickly throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble.They arranged multiple viewings as soon as the property went on the market and even when the sale fell through due to increased mortgage rates, they immediately arranged more viewings and sold the property again very quickly. We have have dealt with various estate agent in Merseyside over the years but these are by far the best and I would highly recomend them .Thank you Acumen!

They don't deal with probate valuations. Yes quite correct, 16/01/23 at 10:54am. Definitely not reviewing the wrong estate agent. Maybe if you investigated rather than denying you would have established that I'm correct. Please see picture added to Google.

We are Landlords who are in the process of selling our portfolio as we wish to retire , we bought one of our first houses from Acumen Estates about 18 years ago , so we naturally went back to them , the whole team at Acumen are professional , polite and nothing is ever too much trouble for them , always at the end of a phone to give advice . Now 17 successful property sales later we could not recommend them highly enough , they take the stress of selling a property right away from you , they will be acting for us until we dispose of all the properties and then some champagne and chocolates will be coming their way , they really are the best !

I had bad experience with them.I was asking 3 times for viewing the house,with no response.Finally,I had an date and hour to view this house but the agent could not open the house because of wrong keys(mistake from her colleague).I was told that they will contact me back on the same or next day and rearrange another viewing but nobody care and nobody contact me.I am disappointed and they lose me as a possible buyer.
