My appointment for disable mum with dementia was for 15:00; we arrived 15:15; Lady was very unpleasant, my mum straight away felt like unwanted and lady looked like in rush. We felt so bad and puzzled. We left and will not come today. Lady had no empathy whatsoever.

I had tried acupuncture sessions in April after several months of physio exercises were not bringing any relief. I have hip issue and pain extended to lower leg during sleep so after months of unable to sleep I came here. I had 5 sessions in total once weekly. The relief came on after two weeks, towards the end my movement improved and I was able to sleep through the night without waking up in pain unable to get comfortable. I was advised to continue with the physio given exercise as well. Very thoughtful and understanding practitioner, and I would highly recommend her and certainly be back should I require any health related help in the future.

My 5 years old daughter was treated there with her uveitis and arthritis for couple of months. She had professional care there and her health did fast improved. The body is amazing can heal itself just need a little needle help. I would still take her there but unfortunatly we moved far away. I can strongly recommend them.

I think I went here about 3 times. I felt like she was rushing as seems to have 2 appointments at same time as has a couple of rooms. Had acupuncture and given Chinese tablets. 2nd appointment she got my notes muddled with someone else and third appointment she wasn’t even taking notes. I found this place to be bit run down, lack of confidentiality as when your telling her your probs , others in next room can hear, bad practice muddling notes and talking to one whilst others lying with needles in them in next room. I really wanted it to help but it didn’t and I felt uneasy so didn’t return
