Absolutely brilliant service! Went in on a recommendation from a friend and was so glad I did. The staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and took the time to listen to my concerns about my sight and glasses need, and made my options clear. Prices are really competitive with high street regulars but there is no pressure selling and your options on frames, lens and other costs are really clear. Would definitely recommend to a friend, and will definitely go back again for a check up when needed.

The best customer service and care. My glasses snapped and I needed an appointment as soon as possible to order new glasses ahead of a long drive to Cornwall in a few weeks time. I was able to get an appointment online easily. On arrival for my appointment, I’d had a hectic morning and felt quite frantic. The owner - Ed, greeted me and his calming presence made me feel relaxed. He showed me around the store highlighting glasses frames fitting the description of what I was looking for. The range of frame choice and colours is huge. I then headed in for my appointment with Michelle. She is fab! A total ray of sunshine and very professional. I was impressed with the technology used and the time taken to get my presentation right, nothing was rushed. Michelle then handed me over to Robyn to help me try on and select my new glasses. Robyn was incredibly patient with me. I find choosing frames hard when I’m on my own, she offered her opinion and helped me find frames that really suited me. She also straight away picked out a pair of sunglasses which I loved - she clearly knew what would look cool and what would suit me. Having explained my urgency for getting my glasses as soon as possible (currently being without an up to date pair), Robyn reassured me that I they would get them in as soon as possible and would be in touch once they arrive. Overall - exceptional customer service, beautiful store, huge range of glasses and sunglasses to choose from and I have total confidence in a perfect prescription and stylish, quality new glasses. Thank you Ed, Michelle and Robyn.

Friendly and professional from the moment I first walked to walking out with my glasses. Great price too, £10 for a thorough eye test lasting around 45 minutes and hrn £72 for a stylish frame with ant glare lenses. I will recommend:)

My wife made an appointment to get her eyes tested yesterday (5/04/23) and was originally seen by the optician and was tested very thoroughly. She was then left in the very capable hands of Robyn with the advisement that smaller frames would suit her petite face (with me commenting on how nicely they described my wife as a "pinhead") Robyn was able to expertly advise my wife on which glasses suited her best (which was good considering she had the head the size of a melon!) There was no hard selling, no pushing of extras or expensive add ons, just honest, friendly advice. She had overheard my wife and I discussing how her shift had been on the ward and asked whether my wife was a Blue Light member and then added the discount when she produced her membership card. Overall, we have been numerous times into the shop previously, trying to get our eldest daughter in for an eye test and, whilst never spending money, the staff have ALWAYS been friendly and helpful. Bringing selections of glasses for me to take photos of, completely disrupting their displays. Robyn was delightful. Friendly, warm and fun to be helped by. So much so, I've booked myself in for an appointment next week and my daughter will shortly follow. Thank you one and all.

I cannot fault any part of the service I received & I just love my new glasses The shop is quirky - welcoming & the atmosphere is friendly & relaxed - as are the staff I have worn glasses since I was 3 years old (60 next year) & things were explained to me regarding my prescription that have never been explained before - so knowlegable - I was given help & guidance in choosing my frames & they got me & my glasses spot on I cannot thank & recommend them enough My glasses arrived in 4 days Go in & check the shop out - if only to see the quirky display of famous peoples glasses - the staff will welcome & encourage you to do so Amazing Experience Thank you
