Doesn’t tell you if something is actually in stock or not, says quick delivery. Takes your money and then messages you with delivery of number of weeks. Cannot get hold of them. Don’t answer the phone, no one replies on chat, one of us can’t even send emails through, it comes back saying unable to be delivered & suspected scam, and then when email does go through other time, no reply. Trying to cancel order and organise refund and no one is to be seen or heard…even had to investigate them on FCA register to check they were legit. Awfully run and made really difficult for those who are disabled and potentially vulnerable.

Dire service and false advertising! Says 24hr delivery but it took a week! Rang Friday told delivery Friday, lies! Rang Saturday (they open 10-4) but I got ignored! Only response is through PayPal! They don't care at all! Only interested in your money!
