Skip ordered, delivered and payment taken on time. Skip driver reversed and hit fence, stopped, instead of going forward and trying again, just continued and ripped full new fitted fence out of ground and damage cosmetically. Rang and office said to forward pics/video as i did and waited to hear. Rang again to chase up but company have said nothing such occurred and outright denied even though i was there when it happened. Driver was apologetic and upset. I said ill speak to office. Rang office and asked them to fix the fence or whatever they can do to help but outright rejected to help, offer a solution or even listen. They said cannot fix as driver was new and these things happen and no log of original complaint log as that was a new guy and hes left. Set of jokers. Wouldn’t let them run a bath never mind a poxy business. Never ever use these.

Booking the skip was lovely and easy. Taking the money, for the company was easy. You try and get them to pick up the full skip, that's a whole new ball game. We have called several times. Never been to collect it. I have emailed and missed a doctor's appointment as the skip is blocking my car. So no, I dont rate them. It's a shame as it went so well to start with. They refused to take my husbands call yesterday.

We had two skips off this skip firm and I would like to say what a outstanding services, the phone sales team very professional and helpful, the arrival of the skips very punctual, the price I would say cheapest around in the Bradford area, I will be definitely recommend this company to any one, the negative reviews on here I would ignore them, as the saying goes you can't please everyone :)
