I ordered a varsity jacket on 5th September for my daughter’s birthday only to be told it was out of stock until mid December, I was advised it would be in time for Christmas so I kept to order only to be told on 19th December it was being dispatched, then I received a further email on the same day stating it would be out of stock until February! I am now missing a VERY important gift for my daughter for Christmas. Trying to call the customer service department and the phone line goes dead. Avoid ordering from this company. Terrible communication and lead times.

Was in a rush for this top but had to wait almost 8 weeks for delivery. Emailed Rock the Dragon and was told to just wait longer. Unfortunately it arrived too late for the comp and my daughter had to stand out as the only person in the group without a T-shirt....would not order from these people again.
