I am an elderly person who is suffering from a repeated case of wry neck. A very painful and debilitating condition. My regular physio has been able to relieve the issue, but has not got to the root cause. Garth has approached the issue with a programme of treatment to remedy the underlying cause. Very impressed.

I suffered a running injury so required a sports physio to help get me back on the rd again. I carried out a quick google search of Physios close to me in Sale, Manchester, M33 & Activate Sports Therapy were top on location, reviews, cost so I booked in. I booked easily online for 8am appointment which suited me perfectly as it didn’t interfere with my day. Garth carried out some tests on me & diagnosed my issue within 15 mins. He massaged the area, gave me some exercises & stretched to do & sent me on my way, it’s now 24 hrs later & I'm already feeling 100% better & will be well enough to get back out running again today. Brilliant, easy, no fuss service.

I have been going to see Garth for a few months now having had issues with my knees and back for many years. I can honestly say that I have never seen results like this before - I have had 5 surgeries on one knee and never felt the benefit from Physio before - I have more movement and less pain than I've had in over 30 years!! I have ongoing issues with my back after a car accident last year - I went to Garth on Friday after work in a considerable amount of pain, and was able to walk out after treatment almost pain free. I can absolutely recommend Garth 100% - he has helped me more than I thought possible after suffering for so long -thank you so much!!!
