He will then share his recommended course of action and is happy to work at your pace in terms of how often you attend for treatment. Highly recommend Steve at Activate Chiropractic. Have been going to him for a few years now to keep my riding injuries in check! Previously I went to a physio, but found the symptoms kept returning (not the physios fault) - so following an interesting discussion decided to try a chiropractor and found Steve. The issue I have is not 'fixable' but it is manageable and Steve answers any questions I have on how to do that. He helps to keep me mobile and doing everything I enjoy with minimal disruption and doesn't tell me to stop doing anything I take pleasure in - but maybe to be mindful of how, including when to rest/not to rest to keep me moving, which means I very rarely need pain relief as long as I keep up with my appointments. He is also very easy to talk to so I can be honest and tell him if I've done something silly that may affect my treatment or what he might find during that session, which allows him to help me! Would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family if they needed help to keep moving too!

I’ve been seeing Steve for at least 2 years now and he has helped me relieve all my bad joints. He’s knowledgeable and attentive to your direct needs. You literally come out of there feeling like a new person. From old football injuries to general bad posture he sorts it all. He’s based in Welwyn garden above Andreś hair salon. 10/10
