Follow up from my last RV: I have visited both stores, Folkestone and Ashford, over the last couple of years on at least 8-9 occasions. I have 4 Carbon road bikes and one touring hybrid from different manufacturers and different ages. Had major and minor repairs ( some from self inflicted DIY mess ups) and occas fine tuning. The owner, manager and all the staff are simply amazing. Extremely helpful, friendly and proficient. Everything gets fixed, tuned, adjusted fast, efficient and very economical. Always with a friendly smile and very helpful advice. If you love your bikes and you are a bit OCD about them running perfectly both stores are the places to go. Very grateful for all your help! My previous RV Great service! I turned up without an appointment on a very busy summer day. The crankset threads were damaged and I expected a 150 £ crankset replacement. 2 hours later they had managed to fit a new pair of clipless pedals for the price I could the pedals online. The job was for free! I had an amazing cycling weekend thanks to their help. Very grateful
