UPDATE- the management addressed this swiftly on the next day and ensured that my child was with her classmate. They also contacted me directly to make it right. For this I have good faith in Activ Camp. On top of that, my kids have been consistently coming back from the camp with big smiles on their faces, even though my elder is a rather shy child. Will use them again. Just picked my kids from the camp. They had fun but was very disappointed with one of the staff and how they grouped the kids. My daughter is 9yo but she was grouped in the 6-7yo! I wrote on the list to group her with a girl - this was ignored. She requested to be in the 8-9yo group or the 10yo group but they ignored her. When i learned about it during pick up, I spoke to one of the staff and requested that for tomorrow to pls ensure that my daughter will be grouped with her classmate who signed up to Activ Camp specifically for her - she was not willing to help in anyway. There was no hint of willingness to find a solution from her.
