What fantastic service and such friendly staff. Called in the morning to say I had lost of my hearing aids and had an appointment later that day. Got my new aid and was so pleased with the service from all at worthing centre. I cannot recommend them enough.

I agree with others that the staff have always been brilliant, However last week I waited outside for about 30 minutes until someone answered the door, all I wanted were new tubes in my present hearing aids (I can get batteries from my doctors surgery) However I was turned away with no apology and told I must write to them for the tubes . I was quite upset, as I don't walk very well, and having stood for so long outside I thought they could have seen to me. However I suppose they are being very cautious because of the virus (I did have a mask on. So I will post to them Heather

The staff were great after hearing tests I was surprised how hard of hearing I was that was first visit. The next was to get NHS hearing aids two more test I was given two hearing aids AND THEY ARE GREAT !!! No more high volume tv I can hear birds singing the world is Great all through the NHS THANK YOU AND THE STAFF AT Action for Deafness to think I almost bought hearing aids from a high st chain at for £2,500.
