Probably fine if your installation goes well and the product has no problems. If it does then heaven help you because it took 10 weeks of ringing, visiting the showroom and arguing to get a 5 day old faulty product replaced. Appalling aftercare, some very rude and untruthful staff, and zero apology at any point. Shame because the showroom range was good, the salesman was great and the carpet fitter was a nice guy. But based on my experience, I couldn’t use them again. Service: Install flooring

Good communication from the team, they stayed in touch and were able to come earlier on my installation day. Didn’t receive any update (neither email or sms/call) from them, and called on booking day to find my booking was cancelled. Claiming that they had contacted me before. I didn’t want to write this but had to as moving house has been stressful and this happened on the top of it.
