I've read the unfavourable reviews. But I had my CCDE exam, scheduled today at Act Training and Testing. The Staff was very gentle. Even if their system is outdated, the atmosphere was great.

a nice friendly environment to take any exams, one thing to consider changing would be getting some silent keyboards as the sound of multiple people smashing the keys can be a little distracting at times

Helpful, friendly, and informative staff. Easy parking scattered around (no on-site parking). Decor and peripheral hardware is a bit outdated, but ultimately worked fine. It’s quite dark in the building too. Good visit overall. I passed my exam which I’m happy about. Will come back when I do my next exam.

The staff at Act are always efficient and go out of their way to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else to take my tests. It is always disappointing if you fail a test, but it's not the fault of the test administrator.

****DO NOT USE ACT TRAINING! **** He sold me an OCR course which had been withdrawn without warning me and these are STILL advertised on his website!!!! There are no exams for you to take, therefore no qualification for you to gain and there have not been since last year!!!! He will now not give me my money back!! FIND A MORE HONEST AND HELPFUL PLACE FOR TRAINING. DO NOT USE HIM!!
