Dreadful experience. Cut my edging strips shorter than the sides of the glazing sheets so almost every edge has a joint in the middle. Totally ignored my follow-up emails. Take your business somewhere else.

I have had a 5 star experience with this online acrylic seller. Bests price found among all online acrylic sellers. Deliver took 3 days. I did received the wrong colour acrylic and it was rectified with in the following week and got to keep the acrylic wrongly sent . my emails and phone calls were attended and responded promptly. Package was properly packed.

I chose this company because they I wanted to support local. I ordered online knowing that delivery was 2-7 days and having ordered just before Christmas, I didn't expect to have my delivery until the first week in the new year. However, It got to the 12th January, so I called them to ask where my order was. The response was, they don't have the 2mm white acrylic in at the moment and it won't be in until the end of January! When I asked who is they, it turns out it's a company in Leicester cutting and supplying! What is most annoying is that I wasn't called at their earliest opportunity to tell me any of this. I wrote to them and asked for an immediate refund and I would make my purchase from somewhere else. I got a reply to say they would and keep me updated..... that never happened, so I called them 11 days after the email to ask when I would get my refund, "oh, sorry about that, we'll get it done today" NEVER AGAIN. Avoid if you are wise enough.
