I had pre-booked a taxi to take us to an evening venue at Paradise Wildlife Park and also to pick us up at 12.30am. We were picked up on time and had no issues. However, the taxi never turned up to collect us afterwards. I had even contacted them earlier in the day to confirm the booking and was told we were all booked in for both pick ups. I tried calling them but it just rang and went to answerphone. I'm disgusted that they felt it was OK to leave two women at a venue with no way of getting home. We ended up having to get an uber instead. I would not recommend this taxi company and I will never be using them again!!!!!

Booked Acre to take my dog to the vets. The driver was really kind and we even had a call to say he was running a few minutes late. It was only a few minutes and we made our appointment in good time. Would happily use Acre again in the future.

Absolutely awful company. Twice I have been stranded using their App, booked a car only for it to not show up and yet not be cancelled, time kept moving on saying it was coming, rang the office and was told by someone they didn't have any drivers so no one would be coming. Why take bookings if you have no drivers? NEVER AGAIN. SHOCKING SERVICE. Service: Limousines
