From start to finish, ACRC were brilliant. We were looking for three air conditioning units for our house. The quote was handled professionally and was competitive. Every detail was carefully explained and there was absolutely no pressure to buy or place a deposit. On the day of install, all went like a well oiled machine. Three Engineers (they were engineers and not simply fitters) arrived spot on the agreed time and nothing was too much trouble. It is rare today to find people who want to find a solution rather than a problem that cannot be dealt with. The engineers worked for the complete day (even through it was raining) until the work was done and not a speck of dust was left, inside or out. The units were demonstrated, in detail, to ourselves, even down to how to clean the filters and a hefty instruction book left for us to read. The invoice arrived with a 30 day pay period. Professional from start to finish. I have to state that I have no connection with ACRC, but am one very satisfied customer. Service: Install AC
