We needed replacements for 15 steamy windows. We provided approximate measurements and received a comprehensive quotation, which we accepted. James came within 7 days to measure up accurately, and placed the order with manufacturers. Delivery was a little slower than expected, with Christmas intervening. James and Steve installed the new windows in a 5 hour visit, plus tested and replaced handles and hinges where required. They provided a timely, friendly, professional service, as one can expect from an owner managed business. We will not hesitate to use them again.

James was really helpful when I called to make an initial enquiry and due to James being familiar with the door and building in question I had a quote over the phone and an appointment a couple of days later. James is reliable and very professional and explained exactly what he was doing. The issue with the door was sorted within an hour. Area was left cleaner than when he’d arrived! I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs windows or doors repairing and will be 100% be using ACP Windows again for any future repairs. Very very grateful to have a noise and draft free lounge!!!

Very prompt response to our problem of gaps appearing around several windows. Cause was quickly identified and replacement hinges fitted after couple of days. On time, worked efficiently and really nice fitter. When one repair didn't work properly on a particularly stubborn window the fitter arrived back the next day and think it now works better than when we first had them put in. No hesitation in highly recommending this company and will definitely use them again. Thank you ACP.
