Had a call saying my offer was accepted so was over the moon as I'd fallen in love with the property only to have another call a few hours later after I'd set appointments with solicitors and mortgage broker saying someone else made a higher offer... they then told me what the offer was which I don't think is right to do. I'm gutted and angry at the same time. Overall bad experience. ( I'd give 0 stars if I could)

I highly recommend Tim. He provided the best service I’ve ever experienced. The sale went through without any problems. I have used different Estate Agents in the past, but Tim surpassed them all. He did all the hard work which allowed me to get on with looking after my parents and their health problems. This sale was extremely difficult for me because the house being sold was my parents home and not my own. They had lived there 46 years. Tim took on everything from the viewings to telephone calls and linking in with our solicitor. Thank you Tim for all your help!
