Ian is quite possibly the most helpful man I have ever met. What's more he is a jolly nice chap too. Having bought a trailer earlier in the year, I was looking for a high cover for it, so I had enough space to pack everything for our planned tripped to Cornwall. Having called pretty much every trailer company in England, I was fortunate enough to eventually call Ian's company. From the get go Ian was amazing. He went above and beyond to source the trailer cover. Calling France and making a journey to Manchester to ensure he got it to me in time for our trip. Finally Ian met me in Sussex to personally hand deliver the item to me. Throughout Ian made sure to keep me updated so I knew exactly what was going on. I didn't think service like this existed any more. Absolutely fantastic. Thanks so much.
