Terrible service. Ordered tiles that were not delivered on time. I had to cancel the order and asked for refund. Every time i was told that they will take care of it but no luck. STAY AWAY from Acorn Tiles. Its come to a point that i have to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

During the past 18 months Covid has hot our industry as others and delays have occurred and are still occurring. We apologise for these delays and try our hardest to combat them. It is taking three to four weeks at the moment for orders from Spain and Italy. If this takes you beyond your project date then we are sorry. We give realistic lead times and because our prices are unbeatable our clients wish to wait. If this is the case please dont complain of the delays. You always have the option to cancel.

I arrived here at 2.30pm on a Saturday after checking online that they were open till 5pm and found they were closed. It took me over an hour to get there too, a complete wasted journey. the least they could do is actually put their correct opening times onto google. Meet the customer halfway At least eh? Won’t be returning.
