From first contact to fitted stairlift took only about a week and everything was very smooth. No issues at all and it looks tidy and out of the way. We even gained a ruler as the person doing the measuring left his here!!

fitting changed booking to late in the day.fitter rushed the job and did not complete properly. the lift failed after 6 trips the repair mechanic was not impressed and had to alter several items that the original fitter should have done

Acorn Stair Lifts have just installed a straight lift which is a life changer. From first survey to final fitting all went well. We have had to phone for additional information and HQ have been most helpful and a visiting engineer came out at less than 24 hours notice and again was of great help. We look forward to many years of use and would gladly commend the firm. May 2023.

My mum had a few falls and the stairs were getting hard to use. Don’t like filling in all the details on websites. Phoned number at 11.30 to book visit from expert. Lesley came out at 3 pm explained everything to my mum given price of £2700 for straight stairlift installation 5 days later. Only took just over an hour, installer went through everything with my mum who is very happy.

Was having difficulty with stairs, but sprained my ankle which put the tin lid on it. Contacted Acorn they came the very next day, and stair lift was fitted the day after that, it has been a good investment the whole thing was fitted within 2 hours no mess, no fuss. Just what I needed, service was excellent.

Rather disappointed that my new stairlift needed two callouts in first couple of weeks after installation, as it kept stopping when going up and down. Also it is a lot slower than I imagined!! Biggest shock was finding out what it is going to cost for the annual service!!!! This was not mentioned by the salesman who came.
