My sister was in here for several months, and after reading their last review i totally agree with everything in it. My sister died in this home after being neglected, and left without being washed, food left on the side, dressings left on the side, bed soaking, cather bag full to the brim. the smell that something had gone off was strong. the heat in the bedroom was astonishing. and bottles left on the banister rails. however i would like to thank sammy from the nursing unit who went above and beyond for my sister, despite not having assistance from her fellow staff. Otherwise, please think seriously about putting your loved ones in here.

READ THIS!! Horrible place,Very stingy company. For a 12h shift u get 90mins unapid break. Usually it's 60 mins for 12h shift not 90. And very unorganized place. Worked there few times with agency. I don't recommend to anyone who looks for a job to start working there. Most of the staff there is unhappy and the main reason is the 90 mins unpaid breaks, also some of the staff is very rude to you especially if you're agency.not very good working conditions either besides the food is not enough many times for all residents and very bad food in my opinion. Just horrible, and also been threatened by the company on the phone with my agency to delete this review which I didn't. That should say a lot about them. Digsuting

Appealing care., rude staff do nit consider this place for your loved one. I’ve never known such incompetency. My dad who is immobile and has speech problems was left for hours on end, not washed in three days Si his nails were black and he smelled. When trying to tell the Carer something (I use the term lorsely as they do nit care) she shouted at him. He’s supposed to have hourly visits and hasn’t had, the place absolutely stinks and lacks general standards of hygiene and despite me finding an alternative nursing home it has taken me 7 hours and endless phone calls today to no avail.... quite simply put the home should not be responsible for caring for the most vulnerable elderly people. Inadequate care bordering on abuse/neglect if you’re considering this place take it off your list. It’s truly shocking I would be giving it zero stars if I could. Absolutely heartbreaking to see the stands of care. I’ll be making an official and lengthy complete to the care quality commission.... would trust there prior to take my dog for a walk never mind care fur by dad.
