Sent my daughter here for over a year. Removed her the moment i realised not only was my daughter and other children being neglected, they are taken into rooms considered hazardous by Ofsted standard. The MANAGER is ridiculous. She has no idea what she is doing, when asked about the lack of security to protect children against staff, she replied with a load of nonsence about whistle blowing policy. Also she had lied to me on many occasions. Do not send your children here they will be treated wrong. All the reviewa about the nursery being good are false as i have personally spoke to parents about this. I also have evidence of the mistreatment of children. Send them at your own risk. No cameras to prove your child is being taken care of .

What a fantastic nursery my son has been here 2 years and I can not thank the nursery enough. My little boy has autism and is non verbal and as you can imagine leaving your child somewhere when they can not speak is not an easy task but I have no problems or worries leaving him here the staff go above and beyond to help my child with his special needs and the nursery manager Erin has been excellent in ensuring my boy has all the help he needs I wouldn't have my child anywhere else. Well done Erin and all the staff at Acorn Grove :)

My son has been going to this nursery for over a year and I cannot fault them on anything. The staff are lovely and are so supportive, my son has come on now so much since attending here. He was so shy at one point and they have helped him come out his shell so much. They've helped me with the foods he likes, they have actually helped me with his fruits and everything! Everytime I go in they are always so active with the kids. My son doesnt stop speaking about Nursery and is always excited to go in. Erin & Saara are doing an amazing job and I even decided to keep him in an extra year instead of sending him to school nursery. I honestly cannot fault them on anything, they have been amazing with me & my son and I have no complaints.

Worst nursery I have ever stepped foot in. My son attended for a few months he used to scream to not go An couldn't wait to get out when it was time to come home. Staff are lazy and every time I went it they where just sat not doing anything. It's poorly run and it was down to one of the staff who had left to tell me to take my son out as it wasn't any place for any child. Needs closing down or new management and staff
