Great service. We needed an emergency repair to our toilet cistern. Wendy was amazing, she ordered the parts and arranged for an engineer to carry out the work. The job was completed within a couple of hours. Cannot fault that for service!

We have used Acorn Domestic repairs four times in the past year. These were for an issue with a British gas installed boiler, to install a new kitchen mixer tap, a leak on the boiler condenser pipe, and most recently to repair a leak under the bath. Each time the office staff have been very helpful and keen to get a plumber to us quickly. Every Acorn plumber or heating engineer that has been to our house has arrived on time, always polite and friendly, and more importantly they have been professional, competent, clean and tidy. Make them a cuppa, they drink it while they work, no standing around chatting. We will always rely on Acorn for any plumbing matters, the service they provide is excellent. .
