    Jacqueline has been wonderful throughout the process. We did see a few properties with her and she managed to find us our first home. She is extremely professional and organised . Her response time is great . She would always get back to me immediately and attend to our queries and concerns. She moved the purchase really quickly for us and went out of her way to chase solicitors and brokers when required. She is great at the job and I wish her much success.

    It was by far the worst experience I ever had with an estate agent since I moved to London. They wasted my time advertising wrong details on their website and landlord said some things are not available as advertised. They asked for a deposit BEFORE the offer was placed for the house and I was stuck with my money for 2 weeks until we finally managed to meet with the landlord and eventually he rejected my offer because she said no appliances like fridge or oven will be replaced if they break down, the shed in the back garden belongs to her and will be locked at all time and many other stuff which I think is mind blowing, if you rent the propert for 2000 pounds a month then everything should be available for the tenant, not just parts of the house. All these details were falsely advertised on acorn website to attract potential renters and we ended up wasting our time to eventually find out all these details when we meet with landlord. Most of the time they ignored my calls and tried to pass the responsability to other agents saying they are not available or out the office, communication was really slow and the whole experience was unpleasant by any means. Please makre sure you do not get tricked into paying a holding deposit before you place an offer because is unethical and a waste of time. Overall, I would stay away from them and try to look for better estate agents.

We'd been looking locally for a property for a few months, and hadn't found the 'right' house. From our first interaction of booking the viewing Jacqueline Bissett was amazing. She was happy to accommodate an evening viewing and was so relaxed when showing us the property, unlike some other estate agents we've experienced locally. It also helped that she knew the area well, and could honestly speak about the neighbourhood. Jacqueline stayed present throughout the entire process and kept us in the loop of everything going on, and was very easy to arrange house surveys with, and get answers to our solicitors questions promptly. Also, we would never have imagined that from putting an offer in on the house to getting the keys would have happened in as little of 8 weeks! Thanks to the team at Acorn Belvedere!
