After my other halfs car was written off, we were both concerned when we were told acorn assessors would be doing the evaluation of value, based on previous reviews. However, they quickly came back to us with a price which was double what I was expecting and a good deal more than se expected. Don't let the reviews worry you!

Much like the other reviewers here, they will provide valuations based upon "glasses guide" which in my instance based very little resemblance on the true retail cost of a replacement vehicle. No empathy or understanding, threats of liability on me for "delaying the claim" and general high pressure tactics to drive a resolution in their favour. I'm reporting them to the financial ombudsman, if you are in the same situation, I suggest you do too. Service: Body & Trim

Rude female staff with a chip on her shoulder. Possibly single and cant't get any body to put up with her attitude who is projecting onto clients. Worst company representation. Clearly 'in' with the insurers to value low.
