No stars I'm afraid! We were treated terribly, they were quick to take £600 from us, thankfully, before things went much further(they definitely didn't move quickly) we managed to move to a different solicitor (Howell & Co) what a difference! They wouldn't have sent us a penny back if it wasn't for our new solicitor chasing it up. We feel exploited by them and would not like to see others go through the same experience. Shame on Smart Homes, who otherwise we're amazing, for recommending them to us.
