AVOID! I am recovering from a horrible experience I had with this place. I send my work to be casted a month ago and nothing has been completed. It was my Christmas casting! They lied to me at several occasions both about the costs and about the fact it would be done by the end of November… (even casting in EU wouldn’t take so long) End of November I find out they only could use my moulds for casting as someone who was making silicones left. Therefore 2/3 of my work couldn’t be completed as new moulds from master designs had to be made. I was offered no apology for ruining my Christmas casting. In fact John was so rude telling me to stop talking when I brought up the situation asking him to explain. He tried to gaslight me. I have learned it’s always best practice to follow up with the email. My last email states ‘we have used only my existing moulds’. Unfortunately this was also jet another lie as there was no casting done even from the moulds I provided. I just collected my master designs from them as I didn’t trust them to post anything back… They attitude was not to be trusted. The luck of curtesy just shocked me and as I said I am still recovering from this. Just to add to it I am battling stage 4 cancer and cannot be stressed. I am so traumatised.
