My wife and I moved from Leicestershire early in 2020, just before lockdown. We both suffer from chronic back problems and were used to having regular osteopathic treatment, which kept us mobile. Our conditions were made worse during lockdown by the prolonged period without treatment. Following a recommendation from a retired GP, we both started treatment with Jonathan 7 months ago and, in that short space of time, there has been a marked improvement in our conditions. The practice has excellent off-road parking and the premises are spotlessly clean with sanitisers readily available. Masks are worn and the treatment room is cleaned between patients. The staff are helpful, friendly, courteous and efficient and Jonathan himself is knowledgeable, giving advice on managing conditions and explaining exactly what he is about to do during treatment. He listens carefully to any patient feedback and modifies the treatment, when appropriate. We both have no hesitation in recommending the practice.
