Visited the Acocks green branch on 5.10.21 was supposed to open at 9am still standing outside in a queue with shutters down at 09:25 and still waiting. No sign on the window/ door informing us as to why not opened. Extremely poor customer service. This poor customer service seems to be endemic in every sector these days. Smh
