    I began working with Adele after a quick consultation where it was identified that we would be a great pair for training. I went into our first session knowing little to nothing about strength training and 3 months later I was pushing a sled with 140kg added to it and didn't feel like dying! Alongside training (which I grew to love very quickly thanks to Adele's programming) I noticed I had started to go easier on myself outside of the sessions. I would highly encourage people to give Adele’s sessions a try, and I have no doubt you’ll be satisfied. as well as her considerable coaching and training abilities, she is also very personable and great to work with. A quality which shouldn’t be underestimated, training sessions are more fun, they also go buy more quickly as you’re enjoying yourself, and she definitely makes them both enjoyable and challenging.
