Don’t let the reviews fool you. ACK we’re by far the worse company we’ve ever used. Not only did they take 4 weeks to fit a small bathroom, when they quoted under 2 weeks, they also have no idea what they’re doing. Fitted our bathroom sink waste to our overflow, which meant our sink contents ended up in the garden. The “plasterer” could not plaster. Said plasterer turned out to be their “carpenter” and “tiler”, none of which he was any good at. They also fitted an extractor fan that doesn’t work and now lets water from our roof fall into our bathroom. They have been contacted on multiple occasions to rectify, but of course don’t want to know.

From initial contact through to completion we were impressed by the diligence of the team and the quality of craftsmanship. It’s difficult these days to find a contractor that is willing to go that extra mile for a client but these guys certainly do. Highly recommended.
