My sister was abused by staff in an Achieve together home in South London. The company covered it up and lied to the the CQC and social services to protect their reputation. The director of operations threatened us with legal action when we tried to take matters further. This company is a disgrace and should be prevented from working with vulnerable people.

Run for your life. This is the worst company I have ever worked. The manager employed husband and sister to work. Runs the 🏡 like it's her personal family. She would instigate your colleagus against you when she feels you're a threat. My view avoid the company.

An Achieve together home at 31 Egmont Road, Sutton was shut down by the CQC in June 2022 due to reports of abuse of the residents and the terrible physical state of the building. The toilets were broken so that people had no choice but to relieve themselves in the corridors. Due to extreme damp, mould was growing on the walls of many of the bedrooms. Although Achieve together is refurbishing the property we have heard from employees that the house is going to be sold. The residents were moved to other homes at short notice causing them considerable distress. Achieve together is owned by an Australian investment company whose sole aim is to maximise profits. Local authorities pay £150,000 annually per person for an appallingly-bad level of care from inexperienced and untrained staff. Avoid this company.

Do not use this company management are useless, staff get no training worst place we have ever used, they do not care about clients whatsoever, never take clients out anywhere new and lie to parents to cover up their lack of care, use agency workers alot of the time probably because nobody wants to work for them .

One star is a bit generous for this company they have no idea about staffs needs they underpay and over work I worked at a home in camberley that is completely understaffed. The head office are the worst they are unprofessional and the staff working have no idea about confidentiality. Good luck to this company they need it
