I’ve been charged £49.99 despite no longer having a subscription with their website Plazoom. I’ve had no response via their customer service email and no one has picked up when I tried to call them. Absolutely scam! Will be trying all channels to report this fraudulent business.

Terrible service! Only ever received one magazine in 3 months. Then got a letter to take out payment for 6 more months before even getting last 2 issues, would give zero if could. Grow your own mag was the one I wanted. Think agin folks. Still waiting for a magazine that on shop a week ago… sad.
