I attended an event in which aces security staff were hired and frankly I was shocked at their aggressive and violent behaviour towards some of the young people attending the event. There was unnecessary grabbing and hair pulling of young women with no reasonable explanation, which resulted in one of the victims calling the police. Sadly, the company have been somewhat uncooperative when I requested that they investigate what happened as they are yet to communicate to me what they are planning to do to solve this issue.
