    I booked my car in for MOT and service. A few things came up and were said to be fixed. Within a matter of weeks, my service light came on and my tracking (that was supposed to be fixed) was not. Due to my busy schedule I was not able to go back to address this then it came to 1 month where I was told it was too late to have the issue resolved.

    Be wary. Booked and MOT and service and the loan car. Dropped off fine, however the loan car smelt quite strongly of smoke. It also said "service now" on the dashboard when you turned the car on which didn't leave me with high hopes for my car's service. However the actual MOT and service was done very quickly, they managed to fix something they thought they would have to replace which saved me a bit of money which was good. However the issues came when I went to pick my car up. They hadn't tightened the wheel nuts on the car so my front drivers side tyre was hanging off, which I didn't notice until I'd driven about 50m down the road. I'd heard a weird noise and pulled over to investigate, and saw that the wheel was hanging off dangerously. My partner ran back to the garage to tell them something was not okay and had to stop them leaving in their car. They came over and had a look, then went round tightening all the wheel nuts (we hadn't realised that was all that was wrong) two of them had fallen off while I drove so they told me to come back the next day and get some more FOC which I did. They said that the guy who had worked on the car was sick and went home after finishing my car. But that doesn't really excuse not tightening the wheel nuts, it could've been a lot worse. The actual MOT and service was fine, just didn't really finish the job

    Did my cambelt and waterpump on my citroen c4 grand piccaso they picked it up from my home was dropped off next day but that was due to a snapped bolt while trying to repair it bit they did ring me to tell me what happened and they did brilliant to resolve the problem and car was all sorted and dropped off next day will definitely use them again especially as they pick the car up and return it had great availability and got my car in quick for me and sorted before went away on holiday a day later well recommended 👍 Service: Engine repair
