I recently bought a Skoda Fabia from Acer Glade and can honestly say that it was a very pleasant and stress free experience. Lee would have happily taken my car in part exchange, but advised me that I'd probably get double by selling privately - he was right! To save me travelling back to collect my new car, Lee and Hayley arranged for it to be delivered to me which was really helpful and much appreciated. I also found a jar of sweets in the car when it was delivered which was a nice touch. I noticed the car didn't have a user manual - mentioned it to Lee who found one online and had it sent to me through the post. On day one, there was an issue with the passenger rear window - spoke to Lee who said it's not a problem and he'll sort it out with my garage. Lee and Hayley are very friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this car dealership to others.

Recently purchased a car with Acer Glade cars. First class service from such lovely people. Everything went so smoothly and quick 😌. We took our 2 year old daughter with us who took a liking to borris the family rabbit so when we picked our car up to take home they had bought her a huge teddy rabbit of her own! Such a lovely thing to do and made our daughter super happy. On top of that lovely gesture I also found a jar of sweets in the car on the way home! It really Is the little touches that make the difference. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you so much. We love our new car 🙂
