Recently took my ring in as a diamond had fallen out. I was originally quoted £380 by ernest jones they told me they needed to reclaw the ring. At Acengco they told me they could reset the stone and clean it for £30 the claws didn't need to be touched as the claws had little indents for the diamonds to sit. My ring looks as good as the day we brought it. I am so please with the work and definitely will recommend to people and return again. Thank you so so much

Had watch batteries replaced in 3 watches in 30 mins. Reasonable price and friendly guy. No problems. Note the Google maps pic is deceiving, the place is actually in a small unit around the back of the main shops.

I needed a watch battery replaced and, having just moved into the area , went into a local jeweller who wanted to send my watch away. Another place who were a jack of all trades quoted me an eye watering price. The knowledgable gentleman in Acengo replaced the battery ,for a very reasonable price ,within a matter of minutes while I waited in his real 'workshop' not a sales room. I will definitely recommend him to friends.

Bespoke Platinum Wedding Rings - Amazing Service & Price, Highly Recommend!!! We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Arthur at Acengco! My wife & I were doing the rounds at Jewellers for two platinum wedding bands. We were due to get married in less than 8 weeks and left this part a bit late. We popped in and got prices from around 4 local jewellers which was working out about £4000 on average. My wife's ring needed to be custom made so that it fitted perfectly into her engagement ring. We were recommended to see Arthur at Acengco and I'm so glad we did. I managed to get a much more solid & heavier platinum band for myself & my wife's bespoke ring looked amazing & fitted like a jigsaw puzzle into her engagement ring when on her finger. The best bit was that not only was this all done with time to spare, but is cost LESS than £2000!!! Half the price of the other 4 Jewellers quotes we had been in to see. I highly recommend Arthur for any Jewellery need especially wedding Jewellery as he is second to none.

I recently had a diamond charm soldered onto my charm bracelet by this company. 2 months later the charm has disappeared because the soldered ring is no longer attached to my bracelet. The rest of the bracelet and other charms are undamaged so I can only assume this has happened due to his poor workmanship. When I spoke with the owner to discuss, he said you can't prove it, so it is not my problem. He also said if I wrote a bad review then he would sue me. He would not give me his insurance details and told me to take it to a solicitor as I wouldn't win, as I wouldn't be able to prove it. It's no longer attached......what more proof can I give?? So here it is.... I can't prove it but I can only assume that my 2 month old diamond charm (worth over £200) bought by my son for my Christmas present is lost because of this company's workmanship. My son and I are left very upset and will definitely not be returning, I would not recommend to anyone to use these services for anything you value.
