I wanted a franchise dealership level of service and peace of mind but didn't want to pay their prices; it seemed impossible but Ace4cars did it, superbly. The car was prepped and displayed ready for me, test drive was easy and salesmen was unobtrusive yet helpful. It turned out that the battery was not holding charge (they wouldn't have known) and they immediately went out and got a brand new one, they fitted it at no cost within the hour! Bearing in mind this was an old BMW I was spending less than £4k on I got shown a level of customer service, respect, honesty and peace of mind that would rival spending £20k+ and a franchise. Well done Ace4cars; you are a credit to the Industry.

Adam was quite helpful during the purchase process of 2013 BMW (about 10 months ago) but we agreed to extend AA warranty to 12 months for my purchase and I just had a call with the AA and they told me it is expired. Car came with a collant leak realised that after the first month since I have been topping up continuously fixed the leak afterwards, then 02 sensor on air intake hose started to throws error codes changed that piece as well, recently even though car never went out of collant(anti-freeze), It has white foam issue in collant reservoir Halfords says transmission oil, local repair shops says head gasket in each situation it will cost around at least 2000 GBP, which is too much for a car which can be sold at most 6000 GBP. I don't blame him if he didn't know these faults, but still it has been a terrible experience which made me decide to not buy a car from a local/not approved dealership. Just consider well while buying a used car.
