This is absolutely the worst experience I have had with a "business" since I first came to the UK many years ago. I paid for a GCSE test and then had to cancel because I had sudden travel plans. The staff member said that they would provide a refund after receiving the money back from the testing agency. I understand that. So I waited. Sent polite emails. Waited. Sent more strongly worded emails. Got emailed back implying that it was MY fault and that they'd get to me when they get to me and that they will take admin deductions off for the time that it took. Wait a minute -- it was YOUR fault that this is taking so long! So here we are 5 weeks later, trying to get in contact with these people by phone, and they first hung up on us and then declined our calls! I am out 190 pounds that I cannot afford to spare when I have family issues going on that require me to travel abroad! The behavior is just atrocious and unprofessional and, I should mention, my 7 year old niece uses better grammar and punctuation than what I get in these emails. I would avoid these people AT ALL COSTS.
