Excellent fast service with great online app to allow you to immediately see where your taxi is, who your driver is and what car they are driving for a safe taxi experience. Drivers occasionally spend the entire journey on their phones, so depending on whether you’re bothered about the personal touch or not that can be seen as a positive or a negative. After posting a review saying they don’t take card, I have to retract after they replied saying that you can use the app. I downloaded the app, which wasn’t the most painful experience and sure enough you can pay by card. Payment failed to go through this week, but the driver was carrying a card machine which I was very happy about. Upped my review to 4 stars for this.

TERRIBLE SERIVCE. I ordered taxi from Wakefield to Barsnley and we were paid by cash with no problem, but once I was trying to order taxi back from Barsnley to Wakefield lovely lady said it has to be paid ONLINE, and we didn't have internet connection overthere. it's 15min road, what a joke.

Extremely rude driver won’t get down to open boot to put my stuff, didn’t say “Hi” when I got in, told me to get down and take my stuff quick and said “my time is money”, treating to charge me for waiting time is I don’t do quick. I have been using the company for more than a year but today is the last day!! Driver don’t know about customer service he need to be fired!!!!!!!!!!!!
