We decided to use Ace Solar after talking to a number of companies, and found them to be the most knowledgeable and professional. Despite huge supply issues (which they warned us about prior to placing our order- and a nationwide issue), they installed our panels immediately while we waited for inverter and batteries - We also changed our minds on the make and type of inverter/ battery and Ace were brilliant in accommodating our changes! The inverter arrived next and the install was completed in a neat and tidy manner. We also upgraded our car charger to Solar, which again was done neatly without any issues. When the batteries finally arrived into the country, they were installed as soon as they were received. We have been running with the full install now for over a month with no issues and are very pleased with the savings and the neat work done. Also the price we paid was very competitive.

Very professional from first contact, price quoted was the price paid. Tracey was always helpful and speedy to reply to any queries I had. Installation team were well organised, came prepared with everything they needed and were neat and tidy. Took time and effort to mask the cables and were a very pleasant team. I can't think what could have been improved, I was impressed with the service from beginning to end.

Martin at Ace Solar Energy gave me extremely useful information on how to fix my inverter which I tried but was unsuccessful before recommending a replacement. I would like to complement the operative who attended to replace the inverter. He was punctual, polite and conscientious. My daughter is a Foster carer and currently has 2 small children requiring child gates to be in place at all times. He observed the need to keep the gates closed at all times. He worked quietly and cleaned up any mess on completion of the job. Many thanks to Ace Solar Energy for an excellent job. Suzanne Kendrick
