Called them way back January to check my roof. They told me they will check once the weather gets better. Waited for months for the weather to improve. Called them this June and reminded them on our January conversation, they promised they will come and will give me a quote , on two occasions we were promised someone will come to check, we cancelled our plans to go out to have the roof check but on both occasions they failed to turn and just wasted our day out plans. Last week Called them again and to my surprised I was told that they already check my roof, I was wondering which roof they've check coz I was at home all day and didn't see anyone check our roof. I told the guy I didn't see anyone check it but he insisted they checked it and the repair price is £2000! What the heck! How did you check up with that price without even checking the roof ! I should have not wasted my 6 moths of waiting to these people!
