I ordered four items and then anxiously watched my mailbox for them to arrive. When that happy day finally came, I was a little surprised to find only three of the items (lenticular posters-which are great by the way). I figured the effect I ordered must be coming in a day or so in another package. Then I took a look at the package and noticed some tearing around the ends. I contacted Ace and they double checked and my package did have all four items when it left but one must have been lost or stolen. They immediately sent out the item (along with an extra surprise item) which I received shortly thereafter. The posters and tricks are wonderful but it was the service that really impressed me. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
