I found out about Matt and Aceimports by word of mouth. I also done a little research on the EOC forum and decided this is who I would love to buy an Elgrand from. From the first email Matt was attentive and really helpful with deciding on what model to go for. No pressure at all, he has a genuine passion for the vehicles he sells. He kept me updated during the whole process with the vehicle coming to the UK and also kindly picked me up from the airport to collect and handover the vehicle so again the customer service is top tier. The vehicle was immaculate and accurately described and it’s exactly what we wanted. I had a tiny mechanical issue with the brakes 6 months after buying it and asked Matt about how to resolve it. He went way above and beyond in sorting the issue. Please use Aceimports if you want to buy and Elgrand, you’ll have no concerns and even if you are not local to him he will do everything he can to help you through the buying process wnd put you at ease. The quality of Elgrand he imports again from the few I’ve seen are unrivalled. Thanks for everything Aceimports and I hope you go from strength to strength. 👌🏻👍🏻

I was kept up to date with progress during the import stage and during registration when my Elgrand had arrived in the UK.
